Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 Oz. ( 1 block) cream cheese

1 cups grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded white cheddar

½ cup shredded gruyere

¾ cup mayonnaise

¾ cup sour cream

14 Oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

10 Oz. frozen spinach, drained and separated

2 cloves minced garlic

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

French bread or baguette, sliced thinly and toasted


Preheat oven to 350℉

In a large oven safe dish mix together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, white cheddar, and gruyere. Also add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well incorporated.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Let cool before serving.

Serve with toasted French bread or baguette.
