Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni pasta
10 cups water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
8 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1 cup of smoked gouda cubed
6 cups whole milk
5 Tbs. SPR Mac & Cheese Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Bring 10 cups of water to a boil
2. Add uncooked macaroni pasta
3. Cook 8-10 minutes
4. Drain pasta, do not rinse pasta
5. Place pasta in a baking dish
6. Pour cheese sauce over elbow add salt and stir
7. Place cheese chunks throughout the dish
8. Sprinkle black pepper on top (optional)
9. Bake at 375 degree for 35 minutes
Cheese Sauce
1. Bring milk to a slow simmer
2. Add SSR Mac & Cheese Seasoning whisk continuously
3. Reduce heat
4. Slowly add 6 cups sharp cheddar cheese continue to stir with a Wisk until cheese is completely melted (15-18 Minutes)
